29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): (a) On or about December 19, 2013, and at times prior, for the employees authorized to operate powered industrial trucks, i.e., forklifts, where the training is not conducted in their native language and comprehension of the materials presented cannot adequately be determined at United Pulse Trading located at 505 26th Avenue NE in Williston, North Dakota.
