29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. On or about December 13, 2013 the employer did not ensure that all passageways were kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. 1. In the tank farm there is pipe running across the walkway at about 3 foot high, presenting a tripping hazard. 2. In the tank farm there is piles of used hoses in areas where operators need to walk, presenting a tripping hazard. 3. In the tank farm there is a collection of water and by-product. The liquid is about 2 feet in depth and in areas where operators open and close valves.
