29 CFR 1910.266(f)(2)(x)(C): Each moving element not limited to blades, buckets, saws and shears, were not lowered to the ground or otherwise secured. On or about November 27, 2013, at the job site located on Sugar Loaf Tower Rd, near Calico Rock, Arkansas, employees were repairing a Timberjack model 840 feller/buncher. The harvester's head was elevated approximately 5 feet above ground level, and was not blocked or otherwise secured, while an employee stood underneath it to remove a hydraulic hose. This condition exposed the employee to the hazard of being crushed by the falling head assembly.
