Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: location: 68 Brook St., Croton On Hudson, NY 10520, 3rd level on or about: 10/29/13 a) Employees were engaged in carpentry work as part of a renovation/addition to an antiques store. The employees, who were exposed to a fall of up to 18 1/2 feet, were not provided with fall protection.
