29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about 11/7/13, the company did not provide an emergency eye wash in the water treatment room where GAX-26 chemical was being handled. GAX-26 is corrosive and may cause eye and skin burns according to its material safety data sheet. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
