29 CFR 1910.160(b)(6): Fixed extinguishing systems were not inspected annually by a person knowledgeable in the design and function of the system to assure that the system is maintained in good operating condition: On or about 10/30/13 at Augusta, GA: Employees were exposed to fire related hazards while working on the Line One Thermoformer in the Dinnerware Department. The employer failed to conduct an annual inspection on the the line's fixed CO2 fire extinguisher.
