29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) Worksite - An employee transitioning to one side of the property, to mow the lawn, walked into the roadway and was struck by a motor vehicle. The employee was not wearing a high visibility vest; on or about 10/02/13. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
