On or about October 1, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not instruct employees in the recognition of jobsite hazards, which include but not limited to, working with and near earth moving equipment. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
