29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: (a). Worksite located at 1101 Home Avenue, Waynesville, Missouri- Employees were walking and working underneath elevated employees who were performing roof tear off work with tools, equipment and materials and were not protected from impact by the use hard hats.
