29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: (a) Terminix International, On 324 National Road, Wheeling WV: Employees were conducting pest control work, such as bee extermination, utilizing various chemicals, while more than 5 minutes away from a local ambulance service. The employer did not ensure employees were adequately trained in that employees did not receive hands on first-aid training, as determined on or about 09/11/2013.
