29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1): Flights of stairs having four or more risers were not equipped with a standard railing as specified in paragraphs (d)(1)(i) through (v) of this section: On or about 8/20/2013 at 1917 Rockdale Industrial Blvd. Conyers, GA; employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 4' to the lower concrete level where the (6) riser, concrete stairs leading to an employee and truck driver entrance were not equiped with a handrail system.
