29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: (a) At the 4331 West Oklahoma Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin store, the exit door in the receiving area was locked in a closed position with the use of a padlock. The employer did not ensure employees would be able to escape at all times without the use of a key. Family Dollar Store #7103 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 818982, citation number 1, item numbers 1 and 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 11, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 30 Rt 31, Washington, New Jersey 07782.
