29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about August 06, 2013, two employees installing sheet metal at a construction site were using a platform that was elevated by a Sky Trak Model # 60362 Serial Number 13444 were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 10 feet to the ground below. The platform in use was not an approved work platform by the manufacturer for capacity, construction, use, and fall protection. The platform dimensions exceeded the width of the Sky Trak more than 10 inches on each side.
