29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) By kiln number 3, on July 29, 2013, the employer did not ensure an operator of a powered industrial truck had a clear view of the path of travel while pushing packs of finished lumber into the kiln for drying, exposing employees who worked on the ground level to the hazards associated with death, crushing, broken bones, lacerations, sprains, and bruises. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE REQUIRED.
