Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, on July 23, 2013, while conducting tree trimming operations employees were exposed to falling from an elevated platform on a Bobcat Skid Steer approximately 55 inches (4.5 feet) to a maximum height of 118 inches (9.8 feet) .
