29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) Gas 008: On or about July 3, 2013 and at times prior, Sunland Construction, Inc., as controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Midwest Mole, Inc., their subcontractor, were protected from hazards by ensuring frequent inspections were conducted following unexpected, significant deviations from the scheduled work activities including but not limited to, jobsite, material, and equipment changes.
