29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: On or about 7/16/2013 at 5625 Oakbrook Parkway Norcross, GA; employees entering and exiting the building were exposed to fall hazards of up to 67" to the lower level where the employee failed to provide a handrails on stairs: A. Stairs and ramp directly outside of the Superintendents workspace (9 risers) B. Stairs at the front right corner, looking at the building from Oakbrook Pkwy (8 risers) C. Stairs at the rear right corner, looking at the building from Oakbrook Pkwy (8 risers)
