29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: (a) Antero Rudy Alt Pad, New Milton, WV - Employees were provided portable fire extinguishers for use on the site and they had not been thru training on fire extinguisher use and the hazards of incipient stage fire fighting when working around combustible liquids including, but not limited to, diesel fuel as determined on or about October 17, 2013. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
