29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent). (a) Access to the Manitowoc crane operator cab required employees to walk across a platform with an opening approximately 6 feet wide and 57 inches above ground level. The opening is not guarded to protect employees from falling to the ground.
