29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: (a) On or about June 20, 2013 at a worksite located at 1428 Plumb St., Aurora, IL, 60506, employees removed an old roof shingles and were installing new paper and shingles in immediate proximity to the energized 110 volt electrical service to the home. Employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
