29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, sturcure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used: QT #326, 740 S. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67211 - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet to the ground below. a) Cross braces of the tubular welded frame scaffold were used as a means to gain access onto and off of the scaffold. b) End frames of the scaffold were used as a means to gain access onto and off of the scaffold. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
