29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. (a) North Door Near The Idle CNC Machine - The path to egress was restricted to 16 1/2 inches between the wall the unused CNC machine. Employees did not have an adequate path of egress from the building in the event of an emergency on or about June 4, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
