29 CFR 1910.106(e)(3)(v)(a): Areas as defined in paragraph (e)(3)(i) of this section using Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were not ventilated at a rate of at least 1 cubic foot per minute per square foot of solid floor area: a) Fragrance Solutions Room: The room containing tanks of ethyl alcohol as part of the fragrance process has a ventilation rate less than the required 1 cubic foot per minute per square foot of floor area exposing employees to fire and burn hazards, on or about May 31, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
