29 CFR 1910.36(d): Emergency exit doors were not unlocked. On or about 5/29/2013, in the production areas, emergnecy exit doors were equipped with barrel slide latches that were in the locked position and not maintained in a free and unobstructed manner. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
