29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 5 Kyle Court, Robbinsville NJ: Employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below when performing decking installation and other related activities less than six feet from unprotected edges. Condition observed on or about 05/22/13. GIANGRASSO BUILDERS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315366864 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 2(a), ISSUED ON 05/25/11 AND HAVING A FINAL ORDER DATE OF 07/06/11.
