29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: a - Family Dollar Store #7103, Washington, NJ: Northwest (back,left) fire exit door in storage room was blocked by boxes and garbage. Condition noted on or about 5/24/2013. The Family Dollar Store was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 818982, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 2/26/2013, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/21/2013.
