29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: (a) 593 Park Ave, Paint Shop: Paint Storage Room: On or about May 30, 2013, a 55 gallon plastic container and an open, plastic bag lined cardboard box were used to hold combustible waste materials such as discarded paper towels impregnated with flammable liquid such as, but not limited to methyl ethyl ketone.
