29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training regarding operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator was authorized to operate: a. On or about July 9, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite. An employee was exposed to struck-by and caught-by hazards while driving a powered industrial truck without being trained in one of the power industrial trucks (Raymond truck) which were used at the jobsite.
