29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points and the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access: a) On or about May 12, 2013 an employee was blocked between stacks of trays and the main conveyor line while stacking off bread. b) On or about June 24, 2013 the egress routes were obstructed for line employees working between and at the end of lines 1 and 2 in the packaging department.
