29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: a/ Nelson Westerberg/Branchburg NJ Site Yard Rear Exterior of Warehouse - Waste Management Compactor Area: Walking area around compactor was not maintained free of cardboard, paper and other debris. Observed on/or about 05/15/2013. 1 - Nelson Westerberg, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 406322, Citation 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 10, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 180 Meister Ave. Branchburg, NJ 08876.
