29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) 422 Pike Place, Windsor, CT 06095 on or about 05/14/2013: The employees were exposed to fall hazards while engaged in roofing activities without utilizing any type of fall protection. All Phase Renovations, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311798649, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/05/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 914-928 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
