29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii): Storage cabinet(s) for flammable and combustible liquids were not designed or constructed to meet minimal fire resistance as required: a) Embalming Room - On or about April 30, 2013, the employer did not store flammable formaldehyde-containing embalming fluids in cabinets that were conspicuously labeled, "Flammable - Keep Fire Away," or constructed to meet the standards set forth in NFPA 251-1969 between sessions. b) Basement Under Stair Storage Closet - On or about April 30, 2013, the employer did not store the flammable formaldehyde-containing embalming fluids in cabinets that were conspicuously labeled, "Flammable - Keep Fire Away," or constructed to meet the standards set forth in NFPA 251-1969. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
