29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) Production Area: Employees mix Portland Cement and apply Daubert adhesives which are corrosive and injurious to the eyes respectively. There is no eye wash nor other means of flushing both of the eyes simultaneously immediately available to employees, on or about March 26, 2013.
