29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(vii): Where practicable, combustible materials were not relocated at least 35 feet (10.7 m) from the cutting or welding operation work site: a) GE Transportation / 2901 East Lake Road, Building 18, Erie, PA: On or about April 20, 2013 hot work was being conducted around the exterior of an emissions control device on the roof. A spark entered the duct work causing combustible materials to ignite.
