29 CFR 1926.453(b) (2) (v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about April 23, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while performing framing work from an aerial lift without the use of a body belt and lanyard. SPANISH AMERICAN INTERIORS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(B)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314264136, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 28, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1900 S.
