29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Jobsite Link Library - The employer did not develop, document and utilize specific lockout procedures for doing service or maintenance work on the air handler units to ensure the employees are properly locking out all energy sources. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
