29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iii): Stairway(s) less than 44 inches wide having both sides open, did not have one stair railing on each side: (a) In the production area at the Whitney 661 burn table, the open-sided fixed staircase with four risers did not have stair railings on each side. Employees used these stairs to access the top of the burn table and were exposed to fall hazards.
