29 CFR 1910.106(b)(2)(vii)(a): Area(s) surrounding tank(s) containing flammable or combustible liquids were not provided with adequate drainage or dikes: On or about March 6, 2013, Fox Valley Systems Inc., did not provide adequate drainage or dikes for the outside atmospheric tanks for Toluene, Acetone and Lactol spirits to prevent accidental discharge of liquid. The tanks are located adjacent to the employee parking lot. DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
