When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded. a. At the work site, an electrician running wiring to a breaker box in the storeroom had to remove two ladders that were leaned against it. The employer did not ensure that the working space was not being used for storage.
