29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: (a) 1800 Warnock Street, Electrical service panel - On or about 2/23/2013, employees who were performing electrical work were exposed to electrical shock from Romex electrical cable listed for use in normally dry areas which was used in an outdoor and wet location for branch circuit wiring from the service panel to the site. \ Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
