29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures Employees were found working within the heat treat machine # 29M447 which has electrical, hydraulic, atmospheric, heat, and gravitational hazards in relation to electrical control systems, hydraulic rams, heat treat gases, combustion sources, and heat treat doors. Caterpillar, Inc. had not informed Industrial Refractory Consultants, Inc. of their respective lockout tagout procedures.
