29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9)(i): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying and related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone: a. On or about 02/05/2013, at the job site - Employee laying blocks from a low slope roof of a new construction were not protected from a fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not provided, exposing the employees to a 13 feet 9 inches fall hazard.
