29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE. On or about February 6, 2013, at the job site located at 4970 Canal in Conway, Arkansas, the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking/working surface more than 6 feet above a lower level was protected from falling, exposing employees to the hazard of falling from heights of 11 to 13 feet to the concrete floor below.
