29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(ii): The employer did not select and use a NIOSH-certified respirator in compliance with the conditions of its certification: a) Great Dane, Rear Frame Assembly Area: Employees were required to wear respiratory protection (3M 9000 HWR) when welding on stainless steel and many respirators were missing parts and/or modified thereby voiding their NIOSH approval, on or about 03/14/2013. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
