29 CFR 1910.24(e): Fixed stairs were not installed at angles to the horizontal of between 30 degrees and 50 degrees. (a) Magna Energy Services, LLC, 0902 County Road 4, Wiggins, CO 80654: On and before February 5, 2013, the stairs located in the southeast corner of the South Shop were at an angle of 60 degrees. This condition exposes employees to fall hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
