29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (a)Axia Energy, LLC at Bulldog 5 near Craig, CO 81626: The employer did not ensure the 300 barrel tank into which oil well waste water was transferred was labeled, tagged, or marked to identify that it contained flammable or combustible liquids and/or gases or other hazardous materials which may cause serious injury, illness or death. This condition exposed employees to explosion and fire hazards of flammable or combustible liquids and gases.
