29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii): Powered industrial truck, with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have the engaged load lowered while preforming the task of unloading bundled wooden posts. On or about October 22, 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck or crushed by bundled lumber when the forklift being used was dismounted by the operator with the load engaged.
