29 CFR 1926.954(f): Before work was performed at more than one location on a line section, the conductor being worked on was not grounded at each work location: (a) On or about June 8, 2012, at the Appeldorn Substation under construction west of Boyd, MN; Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) did not ensure that contractor employees were protected from induced voltage when installing vibration dampers at the West Takeoff structure by applying grounding to equipment and power lines.
