29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS) (DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY) The employer is failing to protect employees from hazards associated work in proximity to farm machinery harvesting crops, and the harvesting environment. This was most recently documented during an inspection at the Kimbrow Farm, located at 816 Road 12, Geneva, NE 68361, where employees were required to work in close proximity to heavy farm machinery, exposing employees to low visibility conditions and being struck by equipment, eye hazard, and tripping hazards from uneven and rough terrain, without being provided personal protective equipment to eliminate these hazards
