29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about August 20, 2012 and times prior at the battery storage area, eye wash unit: The employer failed to ensure the water pressure was maintained (water valve was turned down) too allow the protective caps too swing open and have the proper water flow for employees to properly wash their eyes if needed.
